Hello! How is your stay going so far?

ጥሩ መልስ:

My stay has been really good so far, and the room is very comfortable. I wanted to ask if the hotel has laundry service because I need to wash some clothes.

Yes, we do have laundry service. Do you need it for just a few items or for a bigger load?

ጥሩ መልስ:

I only have a few shirts and trousers that I need cleaned, because I’ve been wearing them all week.

Great, we charge per item or per bag. Which option would you like?

ጥሩ መልስ:

I think per bag is better for me, because I have a lot of small things like socks and t-shirts.

We usually return laundry within 24 hours. Do you need it faster than that?

ጥሩ መልስ:

No, 24 hours is fine because I still have some clean clothes left.

Would you like us to collect the laundry from your room, or will you bring it to reception?

ጥሩ መልስ:

I can bring it to reception later this evening, because it’s easy for me to carry it.
