What genre of books do you prefer to read? I enjoy reading non-fiction self-help books to continuously develop myself both personally and professionally. I also enjoy reading science fiction and humorous fiction books. 2. Who is your favorite author, and what book of theirs do you recommend? Malcolm Gladwell is one of my favorite authors, and I highly recommend his book “Blink: The Power of Thinking Without Thinking”. For fiction, I also highly recommend “The Humans” (science fiction genre) by Matt Haig. 3. How has reading influenced your life or perspective? I have been an advanced reader even at a very young age. I am thankful for my mother cultivating the habit of reading in me, as it developed my creativity and knowledge even from a young age. I am a firm believer in reading, especially when studies have shown that strong reading skills correlate with academic achievement and professional competence.
