Can you tell me about a time you were unwell?
Godt svar:
Last winter, I caught a bad flu after a cold day at work. I felt very weak and had a high temperature, so I stayed in bed all day. My mum made me soup, which made me feel a little better. I realised that rest is very important when you're unwell.
What did you do to feel better?
Godt svar:
I made a homemade tea with honey and lemon, which soothes my sore throat. I also took a warm shower to relax my muscles, and that helped me sleep better. I also watched a light film to take my mind off the pain. These steps helped me recover faster.
Did you miss any important events because of being ill?
Godt svar:
I missed my best friend’s birthday party because I was too weak to leave the house. I felt sad because I didn’t get to celebrate with her, but I sent a heartfelt card instead. The event reminded me that health always comes first, even if it means missing celebrations. I promised myself to be more careful next time.
How did you recover and what did you learn from that experience?
Godt svar:
I followed my doctor’s advice to rest and take the prescribed medicines. I also drank herbal tea and ate healthy foods, which boosted my immune system. After a week, I was fully recovered and able to go back to my normal activities. I learnt that listening to medical advice is very important for a quick recovery.
Would you do anything differently if you got sick again?
Godt svar:
I would start taking a multivitamin before feeling unwell, as it might prevent a serious infection. I would also keep a thermometer at home to check my temperature early. If I notice a fever, I would rest right away instead of pushing through. These changes could help me get better faster next time.
