What is wrong with the blender?

Bonne réponse:

My blender doesn’t work anymore. I used it only one time.

Do you have the receipt with you?

Bonne réponse:

Yes, I have the receipt here. I put it in my bag this morning.

Would you like a new blender or your money back?

Bonne réponse:

I want my money back, because I don’t trust this blender.

Why don’t you want a replacement?

Bonne réponse:

I don’t want another one because this one broke too fast.

We will give you a refund. Will you shop with us again?

Bonne réponse:

Yes, I will come again. I usually like this shop.
