Hi, I'm Mateo, a resident of this neighbourhood. I love our community, but lately there's been a problem that I want to talk about.

What problem have you noticed in our neighbourhood recently?

Last month, I saw that the street corner near the park has become very littered. The rubbish bins overflow, so the whole area looks dirty, and I worry that it might attract pests.

How did this problem affect you or your neighbours?

Because of the litter, my neighbour’s dog often gets stuck in the rubbish, and I had to help him out last week, which was stressful.

What solutions do you think could solve this problem?

We could organise a weekly community clean-up, which would keep the street tidy and promote teamwork among residents.

Have you tried to address the problem yourself? If so, what did you do?

ښه ځواب:

I started a small “clean-up” group with three neighbours, and we collected over 50 bags of rubbish in one weekend, which made the street look much better.

What would you like the community to do to help solve this problem?

ښه ځواب:

I would like the community to adopt a regular clean-up schedule, because it would keep our streets safe and improve our neighbourhood’s image.
