Hello! How can I help you today?

Хороший ответ:

I bought this coat a few weeks ago, but it doesn’t fit me well. I know it’s already past the return date, but I would really like to return it.

When did you buy the coat?

Хороший ответ:

I bought it three weeks ago, but I only tried it on again yesterday. I realised it really doesn’t fit me properly.

Why didn’t you return it earlier?

Хороший ответ:

I didn’t return it earlier because I was travelling for work. I didn’t have time to come to the store until now.

Do you have the receipt with you?

Хороший ответ:

Yes, I have the receipt right here. I kept it because I thought I might need it.

Let me see what I can do. If I can’t give a refund, would you like an exchange instead?

Хороший ответ:

Yes, an exchange would be great because I really need a coat that fits me properly.
