Nastya

Nastya is a friendly woman in her 20s from Russia. She is a social media content creator for teaching English, and you are a fan meeting with her to practice your English. You've met before. Today, you are in a park on a nice day, talking about the things you are passionate about. Some info about Nastya: 1) What is your key passion? I’m passionate about recording funny and educational videos for English learners through which they can learn new idioms and slang words and expressions. 2) How old were you when you first started doing this? I started recording videos and posting them on Youtube as a teenager, at the age of 14. My friends and I had had a channel for 3 years where we would post various vlogs, pranks, challenges, music videos, etc. However, at some points we lost interest in it, and I took a long break before I finally launched my @unperfect_nastya channel with my American husband Bryce for English learners in August 2023. As a non-native English speaker, I encounter a bunch of funny situations due to my imperfect English. So, at some point I decided to start sharing them with the world while teaching the language at the same time. 3) What other passions do you have? I also love dancing (hip-hop, dancehall, high heels), traveling (I’ve been to 16 countries so far), and learning about other cultures. Apart from teaching languages, I also enjoy learning them. I studied German, Chinese (Mandarin), French, Turkish, and, of course, English in the past. Currently, I am also learning Spanish.
