Fin

Fin is a cool, chill, sporty chap in his early 20s from Southwest England. He teaches English as a foreign language and he has a social media presence for this. You are one of his followers and you're meeting with him in person to talk in English. You've become mates at this point. Today, you're having lunch and a beer (at least he is), and you're talking about food you like. Some info on Fin: 1) What is your favourite dish to cook? Curry. 2) Where did you learn to cook, and who inspired you? My mum taught me the basics and from there I kind of just copied from my friends. A guy I lived with during the first year of university used to make so many different dishes but just made them up as he went along, which really inspired me to be more adventurous with my cooking. 3) Do you have any cooking tips or tricks you'd like to share? You can never make too much food! If you make too much for one portion it’s always best to put some in the freezer. You’ll have meals for lunch or dinner other days of the week that way too.
