Hello, this is Aisha from customer support. How can I help you today?

Bun răspuns:

I bought a jacket online but it is too small, so I would like to return it. I already tried wearing it once, but it doesn’t fit me at all.

Do you have your order number?

Bun răspuns:

Yes, I have it here. It is 467281. I wrote it down because I thought you would ask.

When did you receive the item?

Bun răspuns:

I received the jacket last Friday, so it was less than a week ago.

Would you like an exchange or a refund?

Bun răspuns:

I would like a refund because I don’t want to risk buying the wrong size again. I think that would be safer for me.

How will you return the package?

Bun răspuns:

I can send it back by post tomorrow because I have some free time then.
